Teens in AI Founder and CEO, Elena Sinel, was invited by Teens in AI partner, Sage, to deliver a Keynote Address to the Reframe Women in Tech Conference 2023 held in Manchester, UK.
The session focused on understanding and overcoming the barriers to a successful career in tech for women, from personal to professional, and how women can, and have, overcome adversity.

Elena focused on Teens in AI and Sage’s shared values – Tech for Good – where giving everyone the opportunity to thrive is paramount.
She shared her personal story overcoming domestic violence and divorce, being faced with her own barriers as a woman in tech and how she found ways to overcome all the challenges she faced.
In her work as a social entrepreneur and founder of Teens in AI, she is inspiring young people – especially girls – to explore a future in tech and AI through collaborative, hands-on learning experiences.
