About Ben Aung, Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO:
Ben has over 20 years of experience in technology in both the public and private sectors. He is currently the Chief of Staff to Sage’s CEO, where he supports the CEO in designing and delivering Sage’s strategy. Previously, he led Sage’s cyber security, risk and AI governance teams. Before joining Sage in 2018, Ben worked in the UK government in a range of national security and technology roles.

Mads Howard MBE is Director of the CEO Office at Sage. Beyond her role at Sage, Mads is a passionate advocate for gender diversity in technology and a driving force behind EmPower, one of the UK’s largest events inspiring young women and girls into cyber and STEM careers.
