Our Founder and CEO, Elena Sinel, has been invited to serve as a mentor for the prestigious Youth 4 Sustainability (Y4S) Mentorship Program.
Launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Y4S is a global initiative by Masdar. Its mission perfectly aligns with ours: investing in and empowering the next generation of leaders to build a better, more sustainable world.
Why this Matters: AI meets Sustainability
The global energy transformation requires entirely new ways of thinking. Young people today aren’t just watching the future happen – they are actively driving the green agenda forward.
At Teens in AI, we always champion using technology for social good and tackling the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this mentorship role, Elena will be bridging the gap between AI innovation and environmental stewardship, helping top young talent leverage technology to solve some of the planet’s biggest climate challenges.

About the Youth 4 Sustainability Mentorship Program
The Y4S Mentorship Program will run from June to November 2026.
This highly selective program is designed for Future Sustainability Leaders – a brilliant group of high-performing young professionals aged 19–35 with backgrounds in STEM and sustainability. Over the course of six months, the program gives them access to:
