We aim to:
This policy applies to all Teens in AI programmes, including the Global AI Techathon, AI4Good Incubator, AI Adventures and Teens in Action, or any other bespoke programme delivered online, in person or in hybrid formats.

3.2 Programmes and materials must be accurate, age-appropriate, inclusive and relevant to their intended audience.
3.3 Human oversight applies to programme content and delivery at every stage.
3.4 We treat feedback, complaints and incidents as opportunities to improve, not just problems to close.
To meet these principles, we commit to:
Participants, educators, parents, partners and other stakeholders can raise feedback or concerns at any time. Formal complaints are handled under our πComplaints Procedure, which sets out how to raise a concern and what to expect in response.
Any quality issue that raises a safeguarding concern is referred immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Officer and managed under our πSafeguarding Policy.
