Victoria Sinel is a Senior AI & Analytics Consultant and Tech Lead at IBM and a Non-Executive Director at Teens in AI, championing responsible, inclusive AI. She entered tech via an apprenticeship route after studying English, Geography and Philosophy, completing a Level 6 apprenticeship in 2024 and now pursuing a Level 7 Master’s apprenticeship in AI & Data Science while working full time. Her recognitions include Woman of the Year – Tech & Consultancy (Women in Tech Excellence Awards, 2025) and Runner-Up Apprentice of the Year (TargetJobs Awards, 2025). |
