This session explores how careers, organisations, and skill requirements are evolving amid AI-driven change. Can retraining and upskilling keep pace, or will an entirely new categories of jobs emerge? We’ll also examine the shifting boundaries of work-life balance, well-being, and the role of education in preparing the next generation for an AI-shaped world. Join us as we confront the realities, risks, and opportunities of the coming “Jobpocalypse.”
Elena will be sharing new ideas and perspective of Teens in AI, a global initiative I founded to help young people build real-world AI skills and think critically about the impact of technology. Working with teens, educators, and partners across 100+ countries gives us a front-row seat to how quickly the skills landscape is shifting and what education needs to do next.
