Representing the organisation at this year’s conference is Semi Tayo, Programme Manager at Teens in AI, who joins changemakers and thought leaders at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos to discuss how youth inclusion and AI education can strengthen Africa’s innovation pipeline.
Africa’s digital transformation is one of the most exciting stories of our time, and young people must be at the heart of it. At Teens in AI, we’re working to ensure that young Africans aren’t just consumers of technology but creators and leaders shaping its future.
Moonshot 2025 provides a valuable opportunity for Teens in AI to connect with ecosystem builders, explore partnerships, and amplify its efforts to scale AI education and youth empowerment initiatives across the continent.

With many of its alumni and mentors based in Africa, the organisation’s work directly supports the conference’s goals of innovation, inclusion, and investment in local talent. Through its programmes – including AI4Good Incubator, AI Adventures, and global Techathons – Teens in AI equips teenagers with the technical skills, ethical grounding, and entrepreneurial mindset to use artificial intelligence for social good.
