Thank you for agreeing to participate as a speaker at one of our events. We are excited to collaborate with you to further our cause of providing young people with the skills needed to emerge as responsible tech entrepreneurs and leaders.

By participating as a speaker, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the following terms and conditions:

General

This ‘Speaker Policy’ shall serve as an agreement between Teens in AI and you (the ‘User’).

Your attendance and participation at events (online or offline) should be deemed as acceptance of this agreement.

You shall adhere to this Policy at all times and at all events branded and associated with ‘Teens in AI’.

The Use of Materials 

You grant Teens in AI the right to use the materials you provide (including presentations, images, recordings) for promotional purposes related to our cause. This includes publication in leaflets, brochures, websites, social media, and other online channels.

Personal Data Processing

Teens in AI will collect, store, and process your personal data for the specified purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Ensure you review and understand this policy.

Sensitive Information

Refrain from sharing sensitive information unless directly relevant to the event theme. Any information disclosed during the event may be made public.

Rights of Ownership

Teens in AI owns all rights to the materials provided. You retain any rights not explicitly assigned to Teens in AI.

Confirmation of Rights of Ownership

Confirm that you own all rights to the presentation and materials, or have the necessary authorisation from your company to use them in connection with the event.

Use by Third Parties

Materials provided to you are for your use only. Unauthorised use by third parties is not permitted without explicit agreement between both parties.

Submission Deadlines

Submit your headshot, biography, current role, company name, and presentation materials for review and public use by Teens in AI. Any required revisions must be incorporated before the event.

Speaker Replacement

In the event of your inability to speak as scheduled, notify Teens in AI immediately and, where feasible, suggest a technically competent replacement speaker.

By proceeding with the event, you confirm your understanding and agreement with the foregoing statements. We appreciate your commitment to our cause and look forward to a successful collaboration.
