Opening Pathways Into AI Across EMEA

A partnership with Red Hat helping young people explore AI, open-source values, and inclusive innovation through mentorship, thought leadership, and flagship programme delivery

A Partnership advancing open and inclusive AI learning

Red Hat and Teens in AI partnered to help close the AI skills gap across EMEA by giving young people aged 12 to 18 access to learning, mentorship, and real-world opportunities in technology.

Built on a shared commitment to openness, collaboration, and inclusion, the partnership supported young people from underrepresented backgrounds to explore AI in ways that felt practical, future-facing, and socially relevant. Through volunteer engagement and flagship programme delivery, Red Hat helped create more opportunities for young people to build confidence and develop their ideas.
